Rich Snyder's Birthday

On this special day, we remember and celebrate the birthday of Rich Snyder, son of In-N-Out’s Founders and former President.

We remember him for his unwavering commitment to providing our Customers with the highest quality food and dedication to the growth and development of our Associates at every level.

Under Rich’s guidance, he established In-N-Out University to ensure that In-N-Out® managers received the training to provide our guests with the highest quality food, cleanliness, and customer service. While he was President, In-N-Out grew from 18 locations to 93, and he opened our Company Store at In-N-Out’s original Baldwin Park location. As part of his focus on making every guest’s visit to In-N-Out a great one, he launched our Customer Service line and empowered Associates with first-hand store experience to fully take care of Customers when they called.

Today, and always, we honor Rich, whose leadership continues to guide and inspire us every day!
